Our executive search team will meet with you and take the time to understand your role requirements, business culture and organisational structure. This will enable us to develop a description of the position as well as a detailed candidate specification.
Search
In the research phase, we will explore companies of interest as well as leveraging our professional networks and searching our database of highly qualified professionals. Our executive recruiters will contact prospective candidates, qualify them and interview those that are the best fit for the role.
Shortlist
We will present you with detailed candidate profiles and work in partnership with you to define a shortlist of candidates for you to meet at interview.
Select
We can assist you by scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates. Our executive recruiters will then work with you to narrow your selection down to 2-3 finalists. We will then conduct the reference checks as well as verifying academic credentials and licences, if necessary.
Offer
Our executive search team will liaise with you and the candidate throughout the offer negotiation phase until an agreement is reached. We will also remain in contact with you during onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
